Set up the member app
The Omoplata app is the mobile side of your club. Members use it to check in, see their timetable, say they are coming and download their contract. It is available to every club and included in the price.
Step 1: Configure the app
Decide what your members are allowed to do in the app.
- Go to Settings > App settings.
- Work through the sections and set them up for your club:

| Features | Check-in through the app, class capacity display, visibility of other participants, profile picture upload. |
| Communication | Turn the feed, comments and messenger on or off. |
| Billing | Whether members see amounts and their invoice history. |
| Belt progress | Whether graduations and progress towards the next belt are shown. |
- Save.

Step 2: Print the QR codes and put them up
The QR codes do two jobs: they assign a new member to your club, and after that they are what people check in with on site.
- Go to Settings > Check-in.
- Download the QR codes as a PDF.
- Print them and put them up in the club -- at the entrance or right by the mat.
How many codes you need:
- One code per venue.
- If parallel classes run in different areas at one venue (Mat 1 / Mat 2), print a separate code per area.
- If you turn on the Ignore room option in the check-in settings, a single code per venue is enough -- even if several are shown to you.
While you are at it, check under Classes that every class is assigned to the right venue and area. You change the names under Settings > Venues.

Step 3: How your members get started
Pass these four steps on to your members:
- Download the Omoplata app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
- Scan the QR code at the club.
- Enter the email address the club has on file for them.
- Enter the verification code that is sent to them by email.
After that the member is assigned to your club, logged in and ready to use the app.
Parents and guardians
Parents manage all their children from a single account. A quick switcher in the app lets them change which family member the app is currently being used for -- without logging out and back in. See Dependents.
Your own app with your branding
Instead of the Omoplata app you can get a branded club app with your own name, icon and branding -- in the App Store and on Google Play under your club's name. The QR code step on first launch then falls away, because the app already belongs to your club.
